We inspect the return the day it lands and email you the outcome either way. Your bank then takes up to 10 additional business days to post it — that part is out of our hands. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it straight away; you usually will not need to send it back.

The first scan usually shows up 3–5 business days after dispatch, so an empty tracking page immediately after dispatch is normal rather than a problem.
