1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of vitanue.com and any purchase you make from Vitanue. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Store conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you order and to keep your account details secure if you create an account.

3. Products and accuracy

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours can render differently on different screens and minor variations may occur. Product information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute professional advice of any kind — see our Disclaimer. We may correct errors in descriptions, pricing or availability at any time, including after an order is placed; if that affects your order we will contact you and offer a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your order confirmation. Your payment method is authorised at the moment you place the order and the charge is captured shortly afterwards, usually the same day, as set out in our Payment Policy. After confirming an order we may still cancel it for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud or a pricing error; if we do, you are refunded in full. You can cancel your own order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it — after that the order is likely already in processing and our return terms apply instead. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you order.

6. Third-party tools, links and your data

Our site uses third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics) and may link to third-party sites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices. How we collect, use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we set are covered in our Cookie Policy; both form part of these terms.

7. User content

If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it in connection with the store. You are responsible for anything you submit and must not post content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone's rights.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or copy content, or to interfere with the site's security or operation.

9. Intellectual property

All content on vitanue.com — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Vitanue or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Vitanue against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site if you breach these terms. Obligations that by their nature should survive — such as payment for orders already placed — will survive termination.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Colorado unless applicable law provides otherwise.
