1. Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The icons shown in our footer and on every product page reflect the methods available at checkout.

2. Currency and pricing

Every price on vitanue.com is shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The total shown at checkout — including any applicable sales tax — is the final amount charged. We do not add fees after checkout.

3. When you are charged

Your payment method is authorised at the moment you place the order and the charge is captured shortly afterwards, typically the same day. If an order is cancelled within the 12 hours cancellation window described in our Return & Refund Policy, the authorisation is released or the charge is refunded in full.

4. Payment security

Checkout runs over an encrypted SSL connection. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers. We are unable to see your full card number at any point.

5. Declined or failed payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is charged. The most common causes are a mistyped card number, a billing address that does not match your card, or a limit set by your bank. Try again, use another method, or contact us and we will help you complete the order.

6. Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applied where required by state law.

7. Refunds to your payment method

Refunds always go back to the original payment method. Timings are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
