Why we started

Vitanue began with a simple observation: most of the things that make a day feel better are small. A cushion that stops your back complaining by three o'clock. A lamp that makes waking up less of a jolt. A roller that undoes a long drive. We wanted one place that gathered those small things — chosen carefully, described honestly, and priced sensibly — without the noise that usually surrounds anything labelled "wellness".

What we choose and why

We stock everyday wellness hardware across six areas: massage and recovery, posture and back support, sleep and relaxation, fitness and mobility, home wellness, and everyday comfort. Every product has to earn its place on three counts — it has to be useful more than once, it has to be well made for its price, and we have to be able to describe it without exaggerating. If we cannot say plainly what something does, we do not sell it.

What we will not do

We do not sell supplements or anything you swallow. We do not make medical claims — nothing here treats or cures anything, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. And we do not run countdown timers, fake stock warnings or invented reviews. You should be able to read a product page, take your time, and decide.

Vitanue is based in Aurora, Colorado, and ships across the United States — see our Shipping Policy for exclusions. We are a small team, and when you write to us you get a real person who can actually see your order. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, and we reply within 1 business day.
