Plan on 6–13 business days in total. We spend 1–3 business days picking and packing, then the carrier has it for 5–10 business days. The daily cutoff is 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday — anything after that, or over a weekend or federal holiday, starts processing the next business day. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum, and we deliver across the United States, excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Send us a return request within 30 days of delivery. We reply within 1 business day with an authorisation, the return address and instructions, and you then have 14 days to post it back. Two clocks, not one. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging; anything worn on or against the body can only come back with the hygiene seal or packaging unopened. Change-of-mind return postage is yours; if the item was faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, it is ours. Prefer a swap? We exchange for the same product in another size or colour while stock lasts. Caught it early — within 12 hours of ordering — and we can cancel it outright.

We inspect the return the day it lands and email you the outcome either way. Approved refunds go to the card or account you paid with within 5–10 business days, covering the product price and any sales tax charged. Your bank then takes up to 10 additional business days to post it — that part is out of our hands. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it straight away; you usually will not need to send it back.

Every order ships tracked. The number arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on our tracking page using your order number and the email address you checked out with. The first scan usually shows up 3–5 business days after dispatch, so an empty tracking page immediately after dispatch is normal rather than a problem. If nothing has moved for 10 business days, write to us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

The icons in our footer and the options on the checkout screen are the real list, and what you see depends partly on your device and location. Everything runs over an encrypted connection and card details never reach our servers. Prices are charged in US dollars, with sales tax calculated at checkout rather than baked into the price you see.
