Plan on 6–13 business days in total. We spend 1–3 business days picking and packing, then the carrier has it for 5–10 business days. The daily cutoff is 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday — anything after that, or over a weekend or federal holiday, starts processing the next business day. We inspect the return the day it lands and email you the outcome either way. Your bank then takes up to 10 additional business days to post it — that part is out of our hands. If something arrived damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund it straight away; you usually will not need to send it back.
